Bought an item from us and its developed a fault within the manufacturers warranty period? We've got you covered.

Customers may schedule a Warranty Inspection at no initial cost. During this assessment, we will evaluate the product to determine if reported issue falls within the scope of the manufacturer’s warranty. If the claim is validated, warranty coverage will apply in full. If the issue is found to be outside of warranty terms - such as damage due to misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications - diagnostic fees, repair costs, or replacement part charges may be incurred.
