ORDERS & SHIPPING INFORMATION
At Elite Scooters Scotland, we understand the importance of timely delivery. That's why we provide tracking information for all orders through the email provided at purchase. Our products are shipped from distribution centres in the UK, Poland and Germany. We will always seek to utilise our closest distribution hub partner to fulfil your order as quickly as humanly possible to ensure you are riding your new product in the shortest timeframe available to us.
Most products are in stock and are shipped within 24-48 hours. Most domestic orders within the UK will be delivered within 2-4 business days and international orders within 4-7 business days. We ship via DPD, DHL and Yodel to fulfil UK stock orders. Stock arriving from Distribution hub partners located in Poland or Germany are fulfilled via Parcelforce Worldwide. We also provide a 24-48 hour handling time before shipment and a shipping confirmation email with carrier-specific tracking information typically communicated within 48 hours.
SHIPPING & HANDLING PROCESS
Please note orders and shipping are handled during recognised working days. Typically, this means your order will be handled Monday-Friday . If you require a more specific delivery estimate for the item(s) you wish to purchase, please contact us on sales@elitescootersscotland.co.uk and our dedicated team will be happy to provide estimated delivery dates for your item.
Fast Standard Shipping
Most of the items on offer at Elite Scooters Scotland will be shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and are typically delivered within 2-4 business days, excluding the 24-48 hours handling time. However, some items may be shipped from one of our EU distribution centres. In which case the delivery time will typically be 4-7 business days, excluding the 24-48 hours order handling time.

When an order is placed with Elite Scooters Scotland, you will receive an immediate order confirmation email. If you need to make any changes or requests for your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the shipment processing commences. Processing
Please note for orders containing multiple items, the processing time will be determined by the item with the greatest weight and dimensions. Our partners conduct robust quality checks to ensure all product packaging is adequate prior to shipping. We are pleased to inform you that most orders are now shipped within 48 hours from point of order. Please keep in mind the processing time is separate from the shipping time. The delivery time to receive your order is the sum of both. Shipping
At Elite Scooters Scotland, we collaborate with reputable international shipping companies to provide multiple shipping options for our customers. Please note during public holidays, shipping times may be affected as manufacturers and couriers may have limited operations. We will make every human effort possible to deliver during this time to avoid disappointment.
Delivery
Please note it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to be activated on dedicated tracking websites. Should information not be available, please check again within this timeframe. Please be assured estimated shipping time remains valid irrespective of tracking website updates.
